Ozempic Lawsuits for Causing Stomach Paralysis, Gastroparesis, Intestinal Problems and Vision Loss

Ozempic, a popular diabetes and weight loss drug, is tied to dangerous stomach and intestinal problems. People taking Ozempic have filed lawsuits across the country alleging the drug caused stomach paralysis and other serious side effects.

In 2022 the FDA’s own reporting system (FAERS) warned of a potential risk of intestinal obstruction from Ozempic and Wegovy. The FDA received high numbers of reports from people who experienced stomach issues and intestinal blockages after using Ozempic or Wegovy.

What you need to qualify for a case review

Ileal or ileus obstruction, intestinal blockage, bowel obstruction
Show proof that you’re getting medical treatment

Your medical records must show that you have been treated or hospitalized for one of the diagnoses above.
Evidence that you used a brand name GLP-1 medication

This can be in the form of prescriptions, packaging with the prescription label in your name, or medical records showing that a doctor prescribed you one of these brand name medications: Ozempic, Trulicity, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Rybelsus.
